2017 Chili Cook Off & Silent Auction is Sunday February 25th 4:30-7:00pm

.
This annual event is the largest fundraiser for our youth ministry. The funds raised for this trip go towards Youth Missions, including donating some funds directly to our missions, helping youth and families pay for mission trips, and to our Robert Chambers Mission Fund which seeks to ensure no youth is unable to go on a mission trip due to lack of funds. This is our biggest fundraiser. Through getting donations and working at the event you can earn credits that go directly toward offsetting the cost of youth group trips and events.
.
We need EVERYONE pitching in to make this a successful event. 1510404_10155244796465381_3437244843332526101_n To learn more about the event. WATCH THIS VIDEO.

.

You can give businesses or individuals who donate THIS Tax Form for their taxes.

.

When you turn in a donation fill out and attach the Donation Form Auction 2018 so you get credit for the donation and so we have the information to create a display sheet.

You earn credits for each item you donate. Additional credits are awarded for large-ticket items over $100.

You MUST secure at least ONE donation to be able to earn credits through working the day of the event. (Unless you are on a Chili Team.)

.

2. Join the Chili Cook-Off:

Gather your family, join in with friends or your Sunday School class or small group to form a team to compete in the Chili Cook-Off. There are several awards and you get your own table/booth where you can create a fun theme. For more information or to sign up contact Marla Armstrong at marsnapp@bellsouth.net. Youth and Parents on Chili Teams will earn credits for working the event.
